| We respect our patients time and make every effort to remain on schedule. We also try to complete treatment in as few appointments as possible. In order to be available to our patients and to keep our costs down we adhere to an appointment control policy. We do appreciate 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. |

| In an emergency situation, we will arrange to see you as soon as possible. We would appreciate a call as early in the day as possible to arrange for an emergency appointment.
