We are well versed regarding insurance coverage and will do what we can to help obtain your benefits. Every insurance company has different benefits and no insurance plan provides complete coverage. Our office will process you insurance forms or assist you in doing so. When benefits are assigned to our office we require payments of the uncovered portion of the fee when the service is complete. If benefits are not assigned to our office, we require payment in full at the time of service.

Financial Costs

We feel it is important to discuss our examination findings with you and to make recommendations for treatment. Our office provides all phases of dentistry, cosmetic, preventative and restorative. We understand our patients want to know what needs to be done and how much it will cost. You will be pleased to find our fees are comparable to others in the area. We request payment at tbe time of service and for your convenience we accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. A mutually agreeable payment schedule can be arranged upon your request.
